And Goals of Global Impact Ministries International:
• To win millions of souls to Jesus Christ in our lifetime.
• To see multitudes baptized in the Holy Spirit and fire.
• To Mobilize local leaders to plant churches in un-reached areas
• To provide Gospel and teaching literature in every nation we minister.
• To conduct 6 "Good News Miracle Festivals" each year.
• To conduct 6 "Faith and Fire Leadership Conferences" each year.
• To see at least 10,00 souls come to Christ at each festival.
• To provide follow up materials for at least 10,00 new believers at each festival.

Both Mark and Victoria received Christ when they were seven years old. Shortly after graduating from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1993, they moved to Mexico to serve the Lord as missionaries. In Mexico, they taught in a Bible school, ministered in churches, and evangelized on the streets. Read
